10 Day Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns on items (except items marked “Final Sale”) for a full refund within 14 days from time of delivery of your online order. Items must be unworn and have all original tags attached. Items that show visible wear (i.e. scuffed soles) will be rejected and returned to sender.

We will refund your method of payment for the purchase price, once we receive your return package.

  •  Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition. 
  •  A footwear return in a damaged shoebox or without the original shoebox cannot be accepted and will be sent back. 
  •  All returned handbags must be securely placed within original wrapping and include all accessories. Please pack your return in protective packaging for shipment.
  • Earrings are considered final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

We will accept returns for a refund within 10 days from time of delivery. 

Please ensure the box is sealed with tape to prevent water damage.

Please expect to see a refund 10 working days from when your item has been received back to our stockroom.

Our express delivery services are provided by An Post Couriers. Delivery takes up to 5 working days and requires a signature. If An Post is unable to deliver your item, they will leave a delivery notification docket for you. This outlines all the information on how to collect the item(s). You can collect your item(s) from their local delivery units.

Delivery times
Republic of Ireland – 2-5 working days.
Europe – 5- 21 working days. Some EU counties have much longer postal timelines, we can not control these and request you do not order unless you are happy to wait.

Rest Of World – 10-21 working days.


The White & Gold accepts most major credit cards via Paypal or Stripe and Apple Pay. All credit card and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We cannot be liable for any delay caused by refusal of payment.
